What Happens Next?
Step 1: Initial Consultation
Upon receiving your enquiry, I will get in contact with you to arrange a call and go through all your ideas.
Step 2: Proposal & Estimate
Following our call, I will prepare a customised moodboard along with a detailed cost estimate. This estimate will include the deposit required to secure your wedding date with Grace Florals. Please note, the final balance for your floral arrangements will be due no later than four weeks prior to your wedding date.
Step 3: Securing Your Date
Upon sending the estimate, I will hold your wedding date for a period of 7 working days. in order to confirm your booking, a deposit must be received within this time frame. Once the deposit is processed, I will provide you with a formal email confirmation securing your wedding date with Grace Florals.
Step 4: Final Planning Meeting
Approximately eight weeks prior to your wedding, we will schedule an in-person consultation to finalise all details. This meeting will allow us to review and confirm your floral selections, ensuring that every aspect of your wedding florals is meticulously planned and tailored to your vision.
